Safe crane lift for external air conditioning condensers
Envirotech Maintenance Services completed a commercial air conditioning condenser replacement at a site in Stockton-on-Tees.
The existing outdoor condensers were becoming unreliable. Replacement was the best option for the client, helping to reduce breakdown risk and improve long-term performance.
Because of the size and position of the units, a crane lift was required. This allowed the old condensers to be removed safely and the replacement units to be lifted into position.
The job needed careful planning. Access, lifting arrangements and site safety all had to be considered before the work could begin.
Our engineers worked with the client and crane contractor to complete the condenser changeover safely and efficiently.
