I wanted to express my thanks for the unbelievable maintenance job that you have carried out on my work premises. As a vehicle body shop, having good heating is critical, not to mention keeping the workforce happy and warm.
We had not used the main unit heater in a year and when we went to use it, nothing. You arranged for a technician to come out the very next morning 9am and he had it up and running within minutes. Being so impressed and feeling like I had wasted your time, I asked for the whole unit to be cleaned and serviced.
What a difference a little heat can do when it is so cold, happier work force resulted in more productivity and the boss looks like a Rockstar for getting the problem sorted so quickly.
